ChargebackHelp Nominated for 2021 XBIZ Award

ATASCADERO, Calif. — ChargebackHelp is marking its 2021 XBIZ Awards nomination for "Alternative Payment Services Company of the Year."

"ChargebackHelp has reliably provided chargeback management services to this industry for many years," noted a rep, adding the company "has been instrumental in bringing chargeback prevention to high-risk merchants since 2013. They have also led the fight against friendly fraud with representment services, allowing merchants to overturn unwarranted chargebacks."

Earlier this year, the company noted, ChargebackHelp launched its premier dispute management platform ChargebackHelp Plus, which combines all of ChargebackHelp’s dispute management services under one portal that integrates seamlessly into a merchant’s processing. From this single endpoint, merchants can prevent transaction disputes, reduce chargebacks and recover revenue from friendly fraud.

Founder Raja Roy Choudhury expressed pride in the recognition.

"Our dispute management solution to help merchants fight chargebacks and recover revenue is second-to-none," Choudhury said. "We’ve expanded protections for merchant processing more than ever this year, and we feel this nomination is well-earned."

The company also recently received a 2020 YNOT Awards nomination for "Best Alternative Billing Company."
